The complete guide to personalized napkins

A personalized napkin is a napkin printed with your logo, monogram or brand mark. The print is applied during production, not added afterwards, so it sits flat in the material and survives folding and handling.

Our customers are hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, bars, wedding planners and event venues across Europe. They use printed napkins for one simple reason: it is the cheapest piece of branding a guest actually touches. Every cover, every drink, every coffee carries the name of the house. We supply three napkin materials: Airlaid, Soft Point and Tissue.

Airlaid is the premium choice and the one most hotels and fine dining venues pick. It is a nonwoven cellulose material: the fibers are laid in a current of air and bonded rather than suspended in water, so the sheet is thick, absorbent and drapes like woven linen. It holds a fold the way cloth does. On the table, a guest reads it as fabric rather than paper. It is available in 17 colors across sizes from the flagship 40 x 40 cm dinner napkin down to the 20 x 20 cm cocktail napkin, plus pre-folded formats and matching tablecloths, runners, table covers and coasters. If the napkin is part of the guest experience, this is the line to buy.

Soft Point is the strong second choice and the value compromise. It is denser and visibly textured, with noticeably more body than tissue, and it looks deliberate on the table. It does not match airlaid for drape or hand-feel, but it costs less. It comes in 14 colors in sizes such as 38 x 38 cm and pre-folded 32 x 38 cm bookfold. Choose it when the budget will not stretch to airlaid but presentation still matters.

Tissue is the economical everyday option. Classic two-ply, light and practical, for high-volume casual service where cost dominates. It prints cleanly and comes in 14 colors in 33 x 33 cm, plus pre-printed patterns. It is a paper napkin and reads as one.

40 x 40 cm is the full dinner size and our flagship format. It folds into quarters or a pocket and covers a lap properly.

39 x 40 cm is the wide pre-folded format, used for bookfold and cutlery-fold napkins where a more generous silhouette is wanted on the plate.

38 x 38 cm is the standard dinner size in Soft Point. Slightly smaller than 40 x 40, and the most common size in daily service.

33 x 33 cm is the classic tissue size for cafes, bars and casual service.

32 x 40 cm is the narrow pre-folded format, sold as bookfold or cutlery fold.

20 x 20 cm cocktail is the small square used for drinks, welcome receptions and bar service. Also available in Soft Point.

BF stands for bookfold: the napkin arrives pre-folded with a slim pocket for cutlery, so service staff only place it. Also made in Soft Point 39 x 38 cm.

C-fold means cutlery fold: the napkin is pre-folded to wrap around the cutlery. The wider version is 39 x 40 cm cutlery fold, and Soft Point offers 32 x 38 cm and 39 x 38 cm.

HF stands for headfold: a pre-folded upright presentation used on tissue.

Airlaid comes in 17 colors across every standard size and fold.

Soft Point comes in 14 colors. The 20 x 20 cm cocktail size is the exception and is stocked in 3 colors.

Tissue comes in 14 colors, plus pre-printed patterns and the seasonal editions shown in Designs 2026.

We print your logo in one or two colors, on any napkin color in the range. Send a vector file: AI, EPS or PDF is ideal, because vector artwork scales without softening the edges. PNG and JPG usually work too, provided the file is large and clean.

Minimum order quantities depend on the material and the size. Airlaid and Soft Point minimums are set per size and fold, and tissue minimums are higher because it is produced in larger runs. Tell us the material, size and rough annual volume and we confirm the minimum for your case.

Production and delivery normally take 2 to 4 weeks from approved visualization. We ship across Europe as standard and worldwide, including Asia, Africa and the Americas.
